Assignment 2 - Analyzing
the quantified self
How does the idea of the quantified self actually reflect our own understanding of our daily life? To explore this topic, I wanted to explore how the data I had tracked on the exercise app Strava actually supported my own understanding of my exercise routines and progress. Through the use of data visualization, my goal was to analyze and make use of the data to give form to everyday habits and try to obtain a deeper understanding of it.

Possible traces of my own situatedness:
- The Strava data itself - it's my own self-tracking, a reflection of my personal activity
- The specific variables chosen from my strava data to work with
- The choice of tool to i chose visualize my data with
